Become a Foster

Molly’s Mission is a foster-based rescue, which means we
do not have a traditional shelter or facility. Our foster families are the
heart of our rescue. Without them, we simply couldn’t save the dogs who
need us most.

Foster families provide a safe, loving home where a dog can decompress,
heal, and prepare for adoption. Molly’s Mission provides the essentials,
including veterinary care, food, monthly preventatives, and other
necessary supplies.

If you’re willing to open your home and your heart to a dog in need,
we’d love to have you join our foster family!

We also greatly appreciate volunteers who can help with
short-term or temporary fostering, transportation, and adoption
events. Every helping hand makes a difference.

Foster Requirements

• Renters must have permission from their landlord or leasing office to
  have a foster pet.
• Current pets must be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines,
  and current on heartworm prevention.
• Foster families must be located within the general
  Charlotte, NC area to accommodate veterinary visits,
  events, meet-and-greets, and other rescue needs.
